Waste Loop Volunteer Card

Project Goal: Adaptation of ESR Volunteer Appreciation Card. I pitched the previous version (ESR version in portfolio) of the volunteer appreciation card with the intent to help Waste Loop with volunteer retention at monthly Repair Cafes. This helps to honor our fixer volunteers with some perks, as well as, help Waste Loop with good volunteer retention rates, and help to move donations to make room for more. After a few mentions, the idea eventually was well-received. In the process of designing, it was adapted to be a organization wide addition.
