ESR Volunteer Card

Pitched the idea of creating a Volunteer Appreciation Card to help with increased volunteer retention at Waste Loops monthly Repair Cafes. This appreciation is a win-win for everyone in my opinion. It helps to honor our fixer volunteers, many of which bring vital skills to these events, as well as, get folks excited to stick around and get those perks, and help ESR move donations to make room for more that may arrive. I'm not only creative when it comes to aesthetics, more often than not I can be somewhat of an innovative idea bank too.
